Whizz-Kidz is a national children’s mobility charity working to give independence to disabled children.

Since 1990 Whizz-Kidz has changed the lives of almost 4,000 disabled children, but there are still an estimated 70,000 across the UK whose lives would significantly benefit from the charity’s support. With your help we can continue to reach as many of these children as possible.

By providing customised mobility equipment like wheelchairs and tricycles, wheelchair skills training, advice, information and campaigning to raise awareness of young disabled people’s needs, Whizz-Kidz gives disabled children and young people the chance to enjoy an independent life at home, at school and at play

Programmes and Activities-

Whizz-Kidz income is virtually 100% voluntary and generated by people undertaking a sponsored event such as: an overseas challenge or marathon; through schools, clubs and associations raising money through their own events; and with support from companies and charitable trusts. It aims to diversify its income further by developing a more comprehensive individual giving programme.
